Responsibilities: As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our brand across our e-commerce site and Amazon store. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Product Development: Lead the product development pipeline from concept to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and brand standards. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring new products to market efficiently.
- Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across both platforms. This includes content creation, social media management, email marketing, and leveraging SEO and SEM techniques.
- Operations: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- PPC and Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns on Amazon and other platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI. Continuously test and refine advertising strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, sales data, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions. Utilize data to optimize listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Contractor Management: Hire, manage, and collaborate with contractors and external agencies to support product development, content creation, and other operational needs.
- Optimization and Split Testing: Implement ongoing optimization and A/B testing strategies for product listings, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Product Development Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the product development pipeline, ensuring timely progress from ideation to launch.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in e-commerce and Amazon store management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including PPC campaigns, listing optimization, and FBA operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Helium 10).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
